CHANGES IN RECORDING POLICY
AT STATE RECORDING OFFICE
EFFECTIVE JULY 1ST.
As a result of budget cuts and
impending furloughs, the State
Bureau of Conveyances is
implementing changes to its
recording policies with the
title companies effective July
1, 2009. These changes may have
an impact on recording your real
estate transaction.
